Doris Cramer
Digital Media
It was in a Forensic Photography class while studying
Criminal Justice in the Pacific Northwest where Doris first realized
that she was blessed with a special gift for taking pictures. Her
photographs were full of emotion and clarity which helped to tell an
important story without having to use words.
“I listen with my eyes to what is being said to me
before capturing a photograph and believe that each photo has its own story to
tell about a particular moment in time. If a picture is worth a thousand
words then I hope my work will bring to mind all one thousand to the
viewer."
Doris works with all five forms of digital media:
video, audio, text, animation and still pictures. Several of her photos
taken in France have appeared in publications. She has also
written scripts, created training films, subtitles for films and has also
dabbled in voice-overs.
In addition to working on her
digital media, Doris enjoys gardening, cooking, reading and traveling with
her husband, Marc.
